The Recycling and Waste Team is working hard to ensure a smooth transition to the new bin service and we want to get it right. This is a huge undertaking and Urbaser is clear as to what the contract requires of them.
We will continue to work in partnership with Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council to ensure we provide the best service for our residents.
You can find more about the new service on our waste and recycling pages and you will soon receive a detailed leaflet through the post which explains what goes in each bin and when your collections will take place. The latest edition of Local magazine, which is delivered to all households in the borough from Monday 16 September, also contains information that we hope you will find useful.
